Installing 3rd Party Themes in Windows 7 (by Flexx17)

1. download the following tool:  UniversalThemePatcher-x64.exe (for 64 bit/x64 Operating systems)
                                                 UniversalThemePatcher-x86.exe (for 32 bit/x86 Operating systems)

2. Disable User Account Control (UAC):


3. REMEMBER TO Restart Computer

4. Run Universal theme Patcher (downloaded in step 1) corresponding to your operating system




5. Follow the instructions for applying each individual theme you have downloaded
